addition to the City of Wichita Fells, Texas and being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point for the Southwest corner of Lot 16,81ock 39A, said
Point being in the East right-of-way line of Kemp Blvd, said point also beers East
2436.98 feet and South 070 00' West 2317.90 feet from the Northwest corner of the
said Cyrus Eakman Survey;
Thence South 070 00' West 120.0 feet along the East right-of-way line of
Kemp Blvd. to a point for the Northwest Corner of Lot 13, Block 39A, for the South-
west corner of this tract;
Thence South 830 00' East 150.0 feet to a point for the Northeast corner
