being Lots 5. 6. and 7 of the Sheppard Estates Addition, Block 43-A, an addition to
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows.
Beginning at a point for the Southeast corner of said Block 43-A, the intersec-
tion of the West right-of-way line of Kemp Blvd. and the North right-of-way line of
Hempstead Lane, said point bears East 2336.23 feet and South 070 20' West 3228.50
feet from the Northwest corner of the said Cyrus Eaxman Survey;
Thence North 010 20' East 190.00 feet along the West right-of-way line of Kemp
Blvd. and the East lines of Lots 7. 6, and 5 to the Northeast corner of said Lot 5
for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence North 820 40' West 150.00 feet along the North line of said Lot 5 to the
Northwest corner of said Lot 5 in the East line of a 20 foot Alley for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
Thence South 070 20' West 120.00 feet along the East line of said 20 foot Alley
