375.0 feet to an iron rod at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 25.0 feet and a central angle
of 890 55';
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with said curve to the right for an arc distance of 39.2 feet to an iron rod
at the end of curve, said point being in the South line of Piedmont Place;
THENCE S 820 45' E with the South line of Piedmont Place a distance of 75.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast
corner of Lot 20-A;
THENCE with the East line of Lots 20-A and 18-A as follows: S 070 20' W 100.0 feet; N 820 45' W 6.9 feet; S 360
11' E 82.6 feet and S 070 20' W 240..2 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 18-A;
THENCE N 820 40' W with the South line of Lot 18-A a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. and cont-
aining 1.22 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a
