Boulevard and the North line of Hampstead Lane;
THENCE N 070 20' E with the East line of Kemp Boulevard 289.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot
14-A as recorded in Volume 24, Page 150, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 820 40' E with the North line of Lot 14-A 150.0 feet to an iron rod at its Northeast corner, and in the West
line of a 20 foot alley;
THENCE S 070 20' W with the West line of the 20 foot alley 289.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot
12-A and in the North line of Hampstead Lane;
THENCE N 820 40' W with the South line of Lot 12-A, 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.995
acre of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
