of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, said point
bears North 07e 20' East 300.00 feet from the Southwest corner of said Block 39-A,
said point being more commonly known as the Northwest corner of Lot 17 of said Block
39-A for the Southwest corner and place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence continuing along said East right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, North 070
20' East a distance of 120.00 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of Lot 20 of
said Block 39-A and the Northwest corner of the herein described tract;
Thence leaving said East right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, South 82e 40' East
