to Plat recorded in Volume 3, Page 130, Plat Records of Wichita County, said rod being in the West
Right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard;
THENCE N 07*36' E with the West Right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, 120.0 feet to an iron rod,
the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 38A, the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 82024' W with the North line of said Lot 3, 150.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northwest
corner of said Lot 3, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 07036' W with the East line of an alley and the West line of said Lots 3 and 4, 120.0 feet
to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4, Block 38A, the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 82°24' E with the South line of said Lot 4, 150.0 feet to the place of beginning and con-
tainina 0.413 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
