BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 18, Block 42A, Sheppard Estates according to
Plat recorded in Volume 3, Page 130, Plat Records of Wichita County, said rod being in the East Right-
of-way line of Kemp Boulevard;
THENCE S 07*36' W with the East Right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, 120.0 feet to an iron rod the
Southwest corner of Lot 17, Block 42A, the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 82*24' E with the South line of said Lot 17, 150.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southeast corner of
Lot 17, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE iJ O 36' E with the West line of an alley, 120.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of
Lot 18, Block 42A, the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 82*24' W with the North line of said Block 18, 150.0 feet to the place of beginning and containinc
0.413 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto an in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
