Homesteads, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Block 2 Wichita Gardens Homesteads,
according to plat recorded in Volume 3, page 124, Plat Records of Wichita County, said
corner also being the Southeast corner of Block 1, Wichita Gardens Homesteads.
THENCE along the North line of Block 2, N 89058' W 240.0 feet to an iron pipe
the most Northerly Northwest corner of Block 2;
THENCE S 70052' W 266.8 feet to an iron pipe the most Westerly Northwest corner
of said Block 2, for a corner of this tract;
THENCE along the West line of Block 2, S 21°43' E 43.5 feet to a 2" pipe for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89058' E 475.9 feet to the East line of Block 2, for the Southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE along the East line of Block 2, N 00°02' E 128.0 feet to the place of
beginning, and containing 1.181 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all street, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
