WHEREAS, Richard Wiseman is the owner of a tract of land out of Homestead No. 7 of the Wichita Gardens Homestead
Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the present east right-of-way line of Valley View Road which is S240-58'E, 200.0
feet and N650-021 E, 15.0 feet from the northwest corner of Homestead No. 7;
THENCE N650-02'E, 180.0 feet to the east line of Homestead No. 7;
THENCE S240-581E along the east line of Homestead No. 7, 200.0 to a corner;
THENCE S650-02'W, 174.67 feet to the east right-of-way line of Valley View Road;
THENCE northwest along the said right-of-way line, and along a curve to the right and having a radius of
1,372.39 feet, a distance of 121.03 feet to a concrete monument;
THENCE continuing along said right-of-way line, 79.13 feet to the place of beginning, and containing
0.821 acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, Richard Wiseman, do hereby adopt this plat, designating the above described tract as the Replat of a
