Phone 723-5888, are the owners of a certain tract of land situated in Block 52, Wichita Gardens
Homesteads and part of an abandoned street right-of-way in Westwood Gardens Addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, more particularly described b y metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point N 00*02' E 395.2 feet from the Southeast corner of Block 52, Wichita
Gardens Homesteads;
THENCE N 87057' W 125.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N 00002' E 90.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N 89"57' W 125.0 feet to a point in the East right-of-way of Beverly Drive;
THENCE N 06002' E at 54.0 feet pass the Northwest corner of said Block 52 and continue for a
total distance of 94.0 feet to a point which is East 10.0 feet from the original Southwest
corner of Block 228, Westwood Gardens Addition;
THENCE S 89057' E 360.0 feet to a point;
THENCE �S 00002' W 20.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N 89*57' W 110.0 feet to a point;
THENCE S 00.02' W at 20.0 feet pass the Northeast corner of Block 52 and continue for a total
distance of 164.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.848 acres of land.
The Owners of land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, water courses, drains, easementsy and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
consideration therein expressed.
