more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the East line of Willow Drive
and the South line of Frauline Street, said point bears South 290 48' West 20.0
feet from the North corner of said Block 54;
Thence South 290 48' West 167.0 feet along the East line of Willow Drive
to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence South 600 12' East 174.0 feet to a point for the Southeast corner
of this tract;
