THENCE Southwesterly following said curve, an arc distance of 122.65 feet to iron rod at SE Corner of tract
owned by D. I. Orms, Vol. 647, Page 7, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE N 26005'1 97.6 feet to iron rod at Orms NE Corner;
THENCE N b9o5b'W 125.7 feet to iron rod at Orms NW Corner;
THENCE with West line of Wichita Gardens Block d, N 26005'W 254.5' to iron rod at SE Corner of tract owned
by Virginia Penn, Vol. 1007, Page 770, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 8905b'E 303.5 feet to the place of beginning.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a
duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
