A 1.00-acre tract of land out of the David Welch Survey, Abstract No. 324, Wichita County,
Texas, and out of the Park Area shown on the subdivision plat of Wichita Gardens Homesteads,
an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 3, Page 124, Wichita
County Plat Records, said 1.00-acre tract being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
