BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of block 50, also being the Southeast corner of Block 49 Wichita
Garden's Homesteads,a 1 1/4 inch pipe,in place,said point. also the beginning point of this tract.
THENCE North 41 9egrees 51 minutes West 150.0 feet along the common block lines of Block 49 and
50 of Wichita Gardens Homesteads, set a 1/2 inch reinforcing rod.
Block 49 THENCE North 27 degrees 49 minutes East 77.0 feet along a 3 foot high hog wire fence set a 5/8 incl
reinforcing rod.
THENCE South 56 degrees 35 minutes East 145.35 feet to a 1/2 inch reinforcing rod,in place, in the
West line of Willow Drive.
THENCE South 29 degrees 48 minutes West 115.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.316
acres of land.
