A tract of land out of 81ock 43, Wichita Gardens Homestead, an addition to the
city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, out of the J. Goodwin Survey, A-83, Wichita
County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
Beginning at a 3/4" rod lying in [he north right-of-way line of Northeast Drive,
said rod being the existing southwest corner of said Block 43, Wichita Gardens Homestead,
and also being the southwest corner and place of beginning of [hie description;
Thence along the west line of said Block 43, North 00° OS' West 358.18 feet to
a 1/2" iron pipe lying in the west right-of-way line of Lobban Lane, said 1/2" iron
pipe being the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence along the north line of said Block 43, North 89° 52' East 200.16 feet
to a 1/2" iron rod at a fence corner for the northeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said north line of Block 43, South 00° 32' East 161.70 feet to
a 1/2" iron rod at a fence corner;
Thence North 89° 40' West 38.98 feet to a 1/2" iron rod at a fence corner;
Thence South 07° 47' West 90.00 Eeet to an "x" in concrete for an angle corner;
Thence South 13° 31' West 87.38 feet to a 1/2" iron rod lying in a curve in
said north right-of-way line of Northeast Ilrive, said 1/2" iron rod being the southeast
corner of this tract;
Thence along said north right-of-way line of Northeast Drive, and along a 9.393
degree curve to the left, having a radius of 610.00 fee[, and a central angle of
12° 11' 05.8", a total distance of 129.73 feet to the place of beginning and containing
1.43 acres of land, more or less.
