WHEREAS, Mrs. W. T. Adams is the owner of a tract of land out of Blocks 14-A, 14-B and 15, Wichita
Gardens Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Block In-B, according to the Replat of Block 14, Wichita Gardens
Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and recorded in Vol. ln, Page 36, Plat Records of Wichita
County, said point being in the East Right -of -flay line of Southwest Drive, for the Southwest corner
of this tract; said point being also on a curve to the right at which point the tangent of said curve
bears N 05' 46' 04" W;
THENCE in a Northerly direction along the East Right -of -Way of Southwest Drive following said curve to,
the right having a radius of 1339.80 feet and a central angle of 21° 31' Al" for an arc distance of
503.42 feet to the Southwest corner of a tract out of Block 15 owned by W. B. Franklin which is
described in a deed recorded in Vol. 750, Page 577, Deed Records of Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE S 750 47' E along the South line of said Franklin tract 171.99 feet to its Southeast corner;
THENCE 11 200 37' E along the East line of said Franklin tract 76.17 feet to its Northeast corner in
the North line of Block 15, Wichita Gardens;
THENCE S 69G 20' E along the North line of Block 15 a distance of 366.n6 feet to its Northeast corner;
THENCE S 070 33' E along the East lines of Plock 15 and IA -A a distance of 294.OR feet to the Southeast
corner of Block 14-A;
THENCE S RIO 11' 1•1 along the South lines of Blocks IA -A and In-B a distance of 627.2n feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 5,66F acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, and puhlic nl.aces thereon shown for the nurpose and consideration therein
expressed.
