Falls. Texas and oeing more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point for the Southeast corner of said dloek 121. said point beers North
35.0 feet and West 1104.1 feet from the Southeast corner of said Block 16. said point also
being the intersection of the North Line of Johnson Road and the West line of Concord Road;
Thence North 89043' West 321.90 feet along the North line of Johnson Road to a Point in
