Marie Scribner Estate by deed recorded in Volume 1471, Page 658, Wichita County Deed
Records, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 28' 37" W, with the North line of Johnson Rood and the South line of said
Block 124, a distance of 249.04 feet to on iron rod found at the intersection of the North
line of Johnson Road and the South line of said Block 124 with the Southeast line of a tract
