& 6 and a part of 7, Block 62, Westmoreland Park and Adjacent Properties, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, as recorded in Volume 3, Pages 103 & 104, Wichita County Plat Records, together with all of lot 7-A, Block
62, Westmoreland Park and Adjacent Properties, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in
Volume 26, Page 414, Wichita County Plat Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING -t a 1/7nr ^z+ m^d being the northwest comer of said Lot 7 and said Lot 7-A and being the point of
