Westmoreland Park and Adjacent Properties and more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at on iron rod found in concrete at the Southeast corner of Lot 14, Block 108,

County Plat Records, said rod being at the intersection of the West line of Fairway Boulevard

THENCE S 67' 48' W with the North line of Wyoming Avenue, a distance of 175.00 feet to a

Properties as recorded in Volume 3, Page 103, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being
the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 22' 12' W with the West line of said Lot 13. a distance of 249.98 feet to a 1h"
pipe found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 13, said rod being on the South line of a
15.00 foot wide alley and being the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 67' 47' E with the South line of said 15.00 foot wide alley, a distance of 277.07
feet to an iron rod found in concrete at the Northeast corner of said Lot 14, said rod being
at the intersection of the South line of said 15.00 foot wide alley and the West line of
Fairway Boulevard and being the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East line of said Lot 14 and the West line of Fairway Boulevard, a
distance of 270.07 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.30 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed
