The owner hereby dedicates to Texas Electric Service Company, Lone Star Gas Company and Southwestern Bell
Telephone Company, an easement for the purpose of constructing. inspecting, maintaining, or removing necessary
and desirable distribution systems along, under, over, across, and or upon "Rapist of a Port, ion of Bl uca 110,
Westmoreland Park', and the easement hereby granted shall apply to the actual locations of tha p ,tr,bution

placed on the easement:

abandon, eitherin hale or in part, their distribution system, and or leave their systems to place, and or
