THENCE N 67'51'23" E a distance of 435.82 feet to an iron rod set for the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 22'19'29' E a distance of 250.00 feet to a PK nail set for the Southeast corner
of this tract and also being in the North right—of—way line of Coronado Avenue;
THENCE S 67'49'26" W along the North right—of—way line of Coronado Avenue a distance of
537.76 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.795 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
