Westmoreland Park and Adjacent Properties, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas described by
metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 117, Westmoreland
Park and Adjacent Properties, as shown on plat recorded in Volume 3, Pages 103-104.
Wichita County Plot Records, said rod also being in the North right—of—way line of Coronado
Avenue, a previously dedicated street, for the Southeast corner of this tract and the Place
Of Beginning of this description;
THENCE S 67'46'14" W along the North right—of—way line of Coronado Avenue and the South
line of Lot 10, at 100.10 feet pass an Iron rod found at the Southwest comer of Lot 10 and
the Southeast corner of Lot 9, and continuing on some course, in all, a distance of 145.06
feet to an iron rod set at the Southwest comer of the East half of Lot 9, for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 22'13'04" W to an iron rod set at a distance of 250.02 feet for the Northwest
corner of the East half of Lot 9 and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 67'44'54" E along the North line of Lot 9, at 44.95 feet pass an iron rod found,
at its Northeast corner, and continuing on some course, in all, a distance of 144.80 feet to
an iron rod found for the Northeast corner of Lot 10 and the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the East line of Lot 10 S 22'16'38" E a distance of 250.07 feet to PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.832 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed
thereon, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
