corner of this tract;
THENCE S 020 46' E a distance of 130.0 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 860 41' W a distance of 143.8 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Lot 7 and the East line of Barnett
Road;
THENCE North with the East line of Barnett Road and the West line of Lot 7 a distance of 77.7 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.337 acre of land.
