recorded in Vol. 23, Page 147, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod also being in the West
Right -of -Way of Fairway Boulevard;
THENCE S 890 22' W, 372.2 feet along the North line of said Lot 1-A to an iron rod;
THENCE North, at 82.85 feet crossing the South line of Block 9, League 1, Denton County School Land
and continuing, in all, 84.85 feet to a 2-inch iron pipe;
THENCE N 890 21' E, 372.2 feet to an iron rod in the West Right -of -Way of Fairway Boulevard;
THENCE South, at 2.0 feet crossing the South line of Block 1, League 1, Denton County School Land and
continuing, in all, 85.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.726 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and pu If es reon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
