THENCE S 250 041 E 86.2 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 10B in the North line of a 15 foot
alley, an iron rod on a curve whose center bears S 26° 39' 22" E, 3924.7 feet;
THENCE Northeasterly with curve to the right having a radius of 3924.7 feet and a central angle
of 1D 34' 32" for an arc distance of 107.9 feet to iron rod at Southeast corner of Lot 9,
Block 119, Westmoreland Park;
THENCE N 250 05' W 250 feet to Northeast corner of Lot 9, an iron rod in curved South line of
Coronado Street whose center bears S 25' 04' 50" E 4174.7 feet;
THENCE Southwesterly with curve to the left having a radius of 4174.7 feet and a central
angle of 2° 14, 14" for an arc distance of 163.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.816 acre of land.
