Whereas G. D. Henderson is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in
Lot 14, Block 123, Westmoreland Park Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita
County, Texas:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 14, Block 123, Westmoreland Park
Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE South 175 feet to an iron stake set for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West 100 feet to an iron stake set for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North 134.2 feet to an iron stake set in the South line of a 20 foot alley for
the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 69*49' E, 106.54 feet along the South line of said alley to the place of
beginning and containing .354 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the public use
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
shown thereon for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
