Land, League 1, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point S 89° 03' 00" E 37.5 feet and N 00' 51' 31" E 379.52 feet from the Southwest corner of Block 17,
Denton County School Land, League 1, said point in the East Right -of -Way line of Barnett Road and on the North
Right -of -Way line of the Call Field Irrigation Canal, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 51' 30" E along the East Right -of -Way line of Barnett Road 127.11 feet to a point in the Southeast
Right -of -Way line of the Fort Worth and Denver Railroad for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 570 59' 00" E along the South Right -of -Way line of said railroad, parallel with and 50.0 feet at right
angles from the centerline of said Raidroad, 969.73 feet to the Northwest corner of a 36.096 acre tract owned by
the City of Wichita Falls, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 320 02' 30" E along a fence on the West line of said 36.096 acre tract 375.00 feet to a point for the South-
east corner of this tract;
THENCE S 570 59' 00" W 721.23 feet to a point on the North Right -of -Way line of said Call Field Irrigation Canal,
said point being on a curve to the left at which point the tangent of said curve bears N 74' 28' 32" W, for a
corner of this tract;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction along the North Right -of -Way line of said canal following a curve to the left
with a radius of 796.20 feet and a central angle of 080 35' 38" for an arc distance of 119.42 feet to the end of
said curve;
THENCE N 830 04' 10" W alone the North Right -of -Way line of said canal 296.70 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 7.846 acres of laird.
Therefore, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
