BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of said Lot 12A, Block 109 Westmoreland Park Acreage
for the Southwest and beginning corner of this tract;
THENCE N 22°11' W with the West line of said Lot 12A , 250.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner
of said Lot 12A for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 67°49' E with the South line of a 15 foot alley 409.36 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast
corner of said Lot 12A for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East line of said Lot 12A, 270.0 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Wyoming
Avenue for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 67°49' W with the North line of Wyoming Avenue 307.40 feet to the place of beginning and contain-
ing 2.057 acres of land.
Now therefore, tqe owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein stated.
