County School Land, League 1, Wichita County, Texas described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Ilorth Right -of -Way line of the Fort Worth and Denver Railroad N 57059' E 579.60
feet from the intersection of the North Right -of -Way line of the Fort Worth and Denver Railroad and East
Right -of -Way line of Barnett Road;
THENCE N 00046'20" E 690.27 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 75.00 feet and
a central angle of '30°;
THENCE along said curve to the left for an arc distance of 117.81 feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE N 89013'40" W 412.26 feet to a point in the East Right -of -Way line of Barnett Road for a corner;
THENCE N 00046'20" E 60.00 feet along said East Riqht-of-Way of Barnett Road to a point for corner;
THENCE S 89013'40" E 412.26 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left, having a radius of 75.00 feet
and a central angle of 900;
THENCE along said curve to the left for an arc distance of 117.81 feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE N 00046'20" E 225.00 feet to a Highway Department Monument in the South Right -of -Way line of
Kell Boulevard, said point being the beginning of a curve to the left whose radius is 10,430.41 feet,
the bearing of the tangent at this point being 89°11'40" E;
THENCE in an Easterly direction with the South Right -of -Way line of said Kell Boulevard along the arc
of said curve to the left with a central angle of 02°44'48" for an arc distance of 500.00 feet to a
point for corner;
THENCE 00046'20" W 814.99 feet to a point in the said North Right -of -Way line of the Fort Worth and
Denver Railroad;
THENCE S 57059' lJ 594.54 feet along said North Right -of -Way line to the place of beginning and containing
11.835 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owners of the lend shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized acent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
