the center of Columbia Road for the Northeast corner of this trash
THENCE South with the center line of Columbia Road 270.0 feet to an iron rod in the
North line of Wyoming Avenue for the Southeast corner of this traoti
THENCE S 67049' W with the North line of Wyoming Avenue 307.40 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 2,057 acres of land.
