A tract of land out of the Denton County School Land, League 1. Block 16, Wichita County, U,
Texas, known as Block 121, Westmoreland Perk and Adjacent Properties, an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas and being more specifically described by mates and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point for the Southeast corner of said Block 121, Baia point bears North
35.0 feet and West 1104.1 feet from the Southeast corner of said Block 16, said point also
being the intersection of the North Line of Johnson Road and the West line of Concord Road;
Thence North B9043' West 821.90 feet along the North line of Johnson Road to a Point in
the East line of Pasadena Avenue for the Southwest corner of this Tract;
Thence North 57000'30"'East 268.70 feet along the East line of Pasadena Avenue to a
point of curvature;
Thence along the East line of Pasadena Avenue along a 1,748 degree curve to the right
having a radius of 3277.58 feel, a distance of 380.46 feet to a point in the west line of
Concord Road, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said point being North 63039'33"
East, for the North corner of this tract;
