40 feet North of the center of Harding Street as paved, 655 feet East of the center of Linda
Lane as paved and 660.4 feet West of the center of Reynolds Lane as paved;
THENCE East 160 feet to iron rod at Southeast corner of Lot 15;
THENCE North, at 420 feet pass iron rod on South side of Drainage Easement and continuing North,
in all, 450 feet to Northeast corner of Lot 15;
THENCE West 160 feet to Northwest corner of Lot 14;
THENCE South, at 30 feet pass iron rod on South side of Drainage Easement and continuing South,
in all, 450 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.653 acres of land.
