being in the South line of Revere Avenue;
THENCE East with the North line of said Lot 1 a distance of 131.0 feet to a Highway monument in
the North line of Kell Freeway;
THENCE Southwesterly with the North line of Kell Freeway as follows: S 310 48' W 58.83 feet to a
highway monument, S 46' 07' W 72.14 feet to an iron rod, S 450 00' W 23.37 feet to a highway
monument, and S 680 22' W 33.86 feet to an iron rod in the West line of said Lot 3;
THENCE North with the West line of Lots 1, 2 and 3, a distance of 129.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.237 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
and considerations therein expressed.
