Wichita County, Texas. and being described by metes and bounds as follows
Beginning at a point In the east right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Avenue,
a dedicated street, said point being the southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 10,
of the above mentioned J.W. Thomas Subdivision, and the northwest corner and
place of beginning of this tract;
Thence leaving said east right-of-way line of Pennsylvania Avenue along
