& Harrell Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas; said rod bears
S00047'08"W 150.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Block 8.
THENCE S89012'52"E 249.00 feet to a 1" iron reinforcing rod found
THENCE S00047'08"W at 145.00 feet pass a P" iron reinforcing rod found and
continuing on the same course in all 150.00 feet to a point; said point
bears N00047'08"E 5.00 feet to a 2" irou reintorcing rod found
THENCE N89012'52"W 249.00 feet to a point; said point bears N00047'08"E 5.00
feet to a I" iron reinforcing rod set
THENCE N00047'08"E 150.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.86
