THENCE West with the North Right -of -Way line of Hickory Lane 21.4 feet to a point for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE North 150.0 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East 75.0 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 150.0 feet to a point in the North Right -of -Way line of Hickory Lane for the Southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE West with the North Right -of -Way line of Hickory Lane 53.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.258 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
