117.4 feet to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of a tract of land
conveyed to Lester Carlton by deed recorded at Volume 2912, Page 852, Official
Public Records of Wichita County, for the most Northerly Northeast corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 00' 02' W with the West line of said Carlton tract, a distance of 98.1
feet to the Northwest corner of a garage at the Southwest corner of said
Carlton tract, for an ell corner of this tract, an iron rod set for reference
bears 0.3 foot North;
THENCE S 89' 37' E with the South line of said Carlton tract, a distance of
182.6 feet to on iron rod set at the Southeast corner of said Carlton tract,
said rod being on the West line of a tract of land conveyed to Lee T. and
Katherine Arostegui by deed recorded at Volume 1730, Page 362, Official Public
Records of Wichita County, for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 02' W with the West line of said Arostegui tract, a distance of
21.0 feet to a drill hole in concrete found at the Southwest corner of said
Arostegui tract, for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 53' E with the South line of said Arostegui tract, a distance of
60.0 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Arostegui tract,

for the most Easterly Northeast corner of this tract;
