Whereas the Christ Holy Santified Church, Emmett Cunningham, Trustee, 101 Oriole, Wichita
Falls, Texas, Phone 766.0612, is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 1, Edgar
Scurry Subdivision, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, more particulary described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the S.E. corner of Lot 21-A in the West R.O.W. of Whitfield Street at a point
South 205.0 feet from the Northeast corner of Block 1, Edgar Scurry Subdivision;
THENCE South 370.7 feet with the West R.O.W. of Whitfield Street to its intersection with the
centerline of an abandoned drainage ditch;
THENCE N.22"-30'W. with r.he centerline of said abandoned drainage ditch 396.5 feet to a point
at the Southwest corner of Lot 21-A;
THENCE N.88'-20'E. 151.9 feet with the South line of Lot 21-A to the place of beginning and
containing 0.629 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
consideration therein expressed.
