Falls, Texas, Phone 766-0612, is the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 1, Edgar
Scurry Subdivision, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of a 15' dedicated alley and the West R.O.W. of
Whitfield Street at a point South 155 feet from the Northeast corner of Block 1, Edgar Scurry Sub'd
THENCE South 420.7 feet with the West R.O.W. of Whitfield Street to its intersection with the
centerline of an abandoned drainage ditch;
THENCE N.220-30'W. with the centerline of said abandoned drainage ditch 450.0 feet to a point in
the South line of said alley;
THENCE N.880-20'E. with the South line of said alley 172.4 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 0.823 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
consideration therein expressed. _
