Whereas H. Lee Horry, 3510 Cumberland, Wichita Falls, Texas, Phone 692-3030, is the Owner of a
certain tract of land located in Block 1 of the Edgar Scurry Addition, an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING on the South right-of-way of Trout Street, at the centerline of an abandoned 50 foot
drainage ditch, at a point 60.8 feet from the Northwest corker of Block 1, Edgar Scurry Addition;
THENCE N 88020' E 185.8 feet with the South right-of-way of Trout Street to a point which is 50 feet
from the Northeast corner of Block 1;
THENCE South i55.G feet to a point;
THENCE N 88020' E 50.0 feet to a point in the West right-of-way of Whitfield Street;
THENCE South 428.19 feet with the West right-of-way of Whitfield Street to a point in the Centerline
of said abandoned drainage ditch;
THENCE N 22030' W 615.7 feet with said abandoned drainage ditch to the place of beginning and
containgin 1380 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, casements and public places thereon shown for the purpose
and consideration therin expressed.
