Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as fellows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the intersection of the South line of Harding Street and the
East line of Linda Lone for the Northwest corner of this tract and the PLACE OF BEGINNING
of this description;
THENCE N 89'58' E with the South line of Harding Street a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron
rod set at the Northwest comer of a tract of land conveyed to Lela Mae Nelson by deed
recorded in Volume 2136, Page 839, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00'02' E with the West line of said Nelson tract, at 100.00 feet pass an iron rod
set, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron rod set at the
\Southwest comer of said Nelson tract, for the Southeast corner of this tract, said rod is In
the North line of a tract of land conveyed to Doris W. Shiver by deed recorded in Volume
1025, Page 303, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 89'58' W with the North line of said Shiver tract, a distance of 100.00 feet to an
iron 'rod set in the East line of Linda Lane, for the Northwest corner of said Shiver tract and
the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00'02' W with the East line of Linda Lone, at 100.00 feet pass an iron rod set, and
continuing on some course, In all a distance of 200.00 feet PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.459 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
