described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Holcomb'sSubdivision, said point
being the intersection of the South right-of-way of Duty Lane and the West right-of-way of
Landon Lane;
THENCE South with the East line of Lot 11 and the West line of Landon Lane, 65.35 feet to an
iron rod;
THENCE N 790 44, W, 150.1 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Lot 11;
THENCE North with West line of Lot 11 a distance of 65.35 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest
corner of Lot 11, said point being in the South right-of-way of Duty Lane;
THENCE S 790 44' E with the North line of Lot 11 and South right-of-way of Duty Lane, 150.1
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.22 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
