and 12, Sycamore Heights Addition as shown on Plat recorded in Volume 5, Page 544 of
the Wichita County Plat Records; therefore the owner of the land shown on this plat and
whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent,
hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed,
