THENCE South with the East line of Lots 15-8 and 16-A a distance of 135.0 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Lot 17;
THENCE S 890 55' E with the North lines of Lots 17 and 18 a distance of 145.0 feet to an 'x' in concrete at the Northeast
corner of Lot 17;
THENCE South with the East line of Lot 17 a distance of 140.0 feet to an 'x' in concrete at the Southeast corner of Lot 18;
THENCE N 890 55' W with the South line of Lot 18 a distance of 312.22 feet to an iron rod in the Southwest corner of Lot 18,
said point being in the East line of Amber Avenue;
THENCE North with the East line of Amber Avenue a distance of 275.3 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.52 acre
