BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 11, Holliday
Gardens, as recorded in Vol. 5, Page 508, Wichita County Plat Records, said point
being at the intersection of the East right-of-way of Travis Street and the South
right-of-way of Twenty -Ninth Street;
THENCE East with said South right-of-way of Twenty -Ninth Street, a distance of
390.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 and in the West
right-of-way of Lamar Street;
THENCE South with said West right-of-way, a distance of 270.0 feet to an iron
rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 6 and in the North right-of-way of Thirtieth
Street;
THENCE West with said North right-of-way, a distance of 390.0 feet to an iron
rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 4 and in the East right-of-way of Travis Street;
THENCE North with said East right-of-way, a distance of 270.0 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 2.42 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed hereto, and in person, or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easemtns and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
