THENCE West 45.4 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE South 50.0 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 2-A;
THENCE West 439.6 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE North 85.0 feet to a nail in pavement on the Southeast Right -of -Way of the Old Jackshoro Highway;
?HENCE along said Right -of -Way *T 540 12' F 170.95 feet; Fast $15.5 feet; IT 54° 12' F. 201.7 feet to
the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 201.0.n feet;
THENCE along the curved Fight -of -Way having a central angle of nso 51' 26" for a distance of 24n,6
feet to South line of Twenty -Sixth Street;
THENCE Fast 22.2 feet to a nail in pavement in the West Pight-of-Way of Armory Road;
THENCE South along the West Right -of -Way of Armory Poad 383.75 feet to the PLACE OF REOINNIKG and
containing 3.314 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is suhscri*+ed thereto and
in pennon or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
