Whereas Mrs. Beds Wingrove, 1610 Easy Street, Phone
767-5467, Wichita Falls, Texas, is the owner of a certain
tract of land situated in Block 9 of the Holliday Gardens
Subdivision of Block 10 of the J. A. Scott Survey, No. 10,
A-302, Wichita County, Texas; said tract being described
by metes and bounds as follows;
Lot 2-A
BEGINNING at an iron stake set for the S.W. corner of Lot 4
of said Block 9. Said point also being the S.W. corner of
Lot 2-A, at the N.E. intersection corner of 29th Street
and Jasper Street (Both street* 50' R.O.W.).
THENCE North, with the East R.O.W. line of said Jasper
Street, 63.50 Feet to an iron stake set for the N.W.
corner of Lot 2-A and the relocated N.W., corner of Lot 4
of said Block 9, in the South R.O.W. line of Old Jackaboro
Highway (100' R.O.W.).
THENCE N. 54' 20' E., , with said South R.O.W.
line of Old Jackaboro Highway, 320.70 Feet to an iron
stake set for the N.R, corner of Lot 2-A and the relocated
N,.W. corner of Lot 2 of said Block 9.
THENCE South, with the East Line of said Lot 2 and Lot 5,
of said Block 9, 251.25 Feet to a metal fence corner post
for the S.E. corner of said Lot 5 and the S.S. corner of
Lot 2-A. Said point being in the North R.O.W, line of
29th Street.
THENCE West with the South line of said Lots 5 and 4 and the
North R.O.W. line of said 29th Street 260.00 Feet to the
place of beginning and containing 0.94 acres of land.

subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly auth-
