to the City of Wichita Falls, and portion of 28TH Street closed by city ordinance.
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 9 of the above mention to
Holliday Gardens Addition, said corner being the Southwest corner of the herein de
scribed tract and the Plecw of beginning of this description;
Thence East 130.'along the North line of the above men 1.1 oned Lot 6 to it
Northeast corner in the West line of Travis Street; thence North 135.0' along
said West line of Travis Street to its point of iatereection with the new West
right of way line of 28TH Street;
Thence North 350 59'W along the new West right of way line of 28TH
Street a distance of 62.46' to is point where said new West right of way line
intersects the South right of way line of the Jacksboro Highway; thence South
540 01' West along the South right of way line of the Jacksboro Highway a dis-
tance of 115.30' to a point on the East line of Lot 2 Block 9 of the above men-
tioned Holliday Gardens Addition; thence South along the East line of said Lot
2 a distance of 117.8' to the place of beginning containing 0.46 acres more or
less.
