THENCE North a distance of 135.00 feet to an iron rod found for the most Westerly
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East 13.54 feet along the North line of said Lot 2—B, Block 6, to a point for an ell
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01' 23' 30" W a distance of 71.27 feet to an iron rod found for the most
Northerly Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East, at 141.00 feet pass the East line of the above mentioned Lot 1—C, Block
1—A, and continuing on some course, at 272.10 feet pass the most Northerly Northwest
corner of the above said Lot 2—A, Block 6 and continuing on some course a total distance
of 383.20 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2—A, Block 6 for
the Northeast comer of this tract, said rod being in the West right—of—way line of Armory
Rood;
THENCE South along the said West line of Armory Road a distance of 206.25 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.85 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
